2. Hosting and server logs

This website is provided through OpenAI Sites. When a page is requested, technically necessary data may be processed, including the IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type and version, and operating system. Processing serves the secure, stable and error-free delivery of the website and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Additional infrastructure providers may be used. Please refer to the OpenAI privacy policy and the Cloudflare privacy policy. Where data is processed outside the EEA, the applicable data protection safeguards are used.

Log data is retained only for as long as required for operation, security, troubleshooting or legal obligations.

3. Email and telephone contact

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when it is no longer required, unless statutory retention duties apply.

4. Online booking via KissCal

Booking buttons lead to the external service of Kiss Solutions GbR, Im Steinenberg 9/1, 79585 Steinen, Germany. Data is transferred to KissCal only after you click the link and leave this website. The provider is responsible for processing on that service. Please see the KissCal privacy policy.

5. External links and social networks

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Maps are linked but not embedded. A connection to these services is made only after you click the respective link; their own privacy policies then apply.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use GoatCounter for aggregate website usage statistics. It records page views, referring websites, browser and operating system information, approximate location and screen size. GoatCounter does not use tracking cookies or store IP addresses in its database. IP addresses are processed temporarily to distinguish visits. The service is operated by Martin Tournoij in Ireland and hosted by Hetzner in Germany and Finland. See the GoatCounter privacy policy. No marketing trackers are used.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
